Terms of Service

1. The Service

The Site provides an AI text-to-image tool with free guest quota, account sign-in, and paid subscription plans. Actual features are those offered on the pages.

We may adjust, change, or discontinue parts of the service; we will try to give advance notice for material changes.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years old, or use the Site with a guardian’s consent and supervision. Purchasing a plan represents that you can legally enter into a contract.

3. Accounts and Guests

Guest access relies on a browser cookie with a daily generation limit (2 images by default). Clearing cookies resets the guest ID; do not abuse this to bypass quotas.

Keep your sign-in session and devices secure. Actions taken under your account are attributed to you.

4. Content Rules

You may not submit prompts or generate content that violates applicable law, including content that is sexually explicit involving minors, infringes others’ portrait, trademark, or copyright interests, impersonates real people, or incites hatred or violence.

You are responsible for your prompts and how you use the results. Third-party claims about generated content are resolved between the claimant and you; the Site may cooperate upon receiving a valid notice.

5. Intellectual Property

To the extent permitted by law, rights in generated images belong to you, along with responsibility for their use.

The Site’s interface, copy, and curated showcase gallery remain the property of the Site operator. Showcase images are samples generated here; bulk scraping or republication is not allowed without permission.

6. Quotas, Subscriptions, and Payment

Plans provide monthly generation credits; whether unused credits roll over follows the plan description. Payment is completed through a third-party checkout; the Site does not store your card details.

7. Enforcement

If you breach these terms or applicable law, we may suspend or terminate your access and quotas, and reserve the right to pursue liability.

8. Changes and Governing Terms

These terms may be updated; continued use means you accept the updated version. In case of discrepancy, the Simplified Chinese version prevails.

Disputes shall first be negotiated in good faith; otherwise the laws of the operator’s jurisdiction apply.
